WHO'S YOUR DADDY?
PAPA CHAKRAVARTHY WINS TOURNAMENT
The deciding game of the finals featured these three players: Matt Klein,
Papa Chakravarthy, and Andrew Kreitz. It was all Matt and Papa in the Jeopardy round, as the two went neck-and-neck the entire
way. Papa was the one in front at the end of the round, but not by much, as he had $6,900, Matt had $6,800, and Andrew had
-$600. In the Double Jeopardy round, though, Papa took off. His lead was eventually almost three times what the nearest player
had. When the round ended, Papa had a $23,000-$8,400-$4,600 lead over Matt and Andrew, respectively. In Final Jeopardy, Andrew
improved to $9,199, making his two-day total $15,699. Matt went all-in but had an incorrect response, meaning his two-day
total was the same score as he finished with in the previous game, $11,800. Papa made a slight jump to $24,601, bringing
his two-day total to $28,601. With that, Papa was crowned champion of the tournament. He received $75,000 for being the last
player standing. Also, Andrew got $25,000 for finishing in second, and Matt took home $15,000 for finishing in third.
